The mission of this American website is to help others trace their
Irish family back to their Townlands, which are the smallest
recognized land division in Ireland.
Even today Townlands serve as addresses. By sharing my discoveries and research findings,
I hope to encourage others to do the same. Religious and political history combine with a
plethora of Irish land divisions. Add to that a vast ocean and this journey home for us becomes
quite a challenge. Yet, given certain family clues found in the old and new land, getting one's
family home to Ireland can often be accomplished.
Here at Corbinconnections.com, you will find years of my collected research
that might guide you to your Irish homeland. Enjoy the trail your family has left for you !
